For customers in Vancouver, purchases are processed very quickly. For customers in other Canadian cities, we use the post office, and delivery typically takes 5 business days. For international customers outside of Canada, delivery time varies by country but generally takes 10 to 15 business days.
What's the process if I'm not happy with my purchase or need to return or exchange an item?
We strive to resolve any issues without inconvenience. Customers have the right to request a pre-test video and various photos from us after purchase. If products are lost during transit, we will offer half compensation. Please note, we are not responsible for products broken in the customer's hands after delivery.
